Attention all Gardeners: Mums’ the word!

Main Street Bath’s annual Mums Sale offers an easy way to keep your garden flowering into the fall with beautiful chrysanthemums and flowering kale. A portion of the proceeds is credited to Main Street Bath’s downtown flowers reserve fund and helps defray the cost of the beautiful cascading flower baskets that grace downtown Bath each summer.

These beautiful chrysanthemums, asters, and kale are grown locally by Hawkes’ Farm in Bath.  They come in 8 inch pots and all are late blooming varieties that will add fall color to gardens and landscapes.  The plants are $5.50 each (tax included).  $1.75 FROM EACH SALE WILL BE CREDITED TO THE MAIN STREET BATH FLOWER RESERVE FUND TO HELP WITH COSTS FOR 2013.  Orders must be received Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012 and plants can be picked up on Friday, Sept. 14, 2012 at Library Park – on Washington St. from 9 AM – 12 Noon.  Please note pick up times!  We can not be responsible for plants that are not picked up!
