The Guest Speaker will be David T. Handley, PhD from the U Maine Cooperative Extension, with “Growing Raspberries and High Bush Blueberries in Maine”.   Raspberries and blueberries are among favorite fruits of Maine gardeners, but keeping plants vigorous and productive can be a real challenge in our climate. Our speaker will cover growing these berries, including variety selection, planting, pruning and pest management for successful planting.
