Climate Conversations: Locals Leading On Climate Change

October 4, 2022 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Free

The first in a planned continuing series of “Bath Climate Conversations” community forums and events.  This forum focuses on Locals Leading on Climate Change – The Built Environment, and will discuss climate change and Bath’s public facilities, homes, roads, transportation, and people. The evening will begin with a half-hour public forum for Bath residents to hear from community leaders about Bath’s climate action planning efforts, followed by a community discussion that seeks to engage citizens and hear their thoughts about Climate Change and their community.

After the forum, join us for food from Taco the Town Food Truck in Library Park and informal opportunity to share what climate change means to us locally.

Hosted by Bath Climate Action Commission in partnership with the Kennebec Estuary Land Trust and the Patten Free Library. This program is presented in person and on Zoom. Registration is required for Zoom only.

Local Leader Lineup:

Marc Meyers: City Manager

Rod Melanson: Director of Sustainability

Deb Keller: Bath Housing

Ruth Indrick: Kennebec Estuary Land Trust

Tim Blair: Transportation and Bike Pedestrian Committees
