Hula Hoop Class and Hoop Jam

All levels hula hoop class for the first hour, from 2:00 to 3:00, and then you’re welcome to stay for the hoop jam part from 3:00 to 4:00.  
 

Cost is $10 per person for the hula hoop class at 2:00 and jam, or $5 if you come at 3:00 for just the hoop jam.  All ages and hooping levels are welcome.  Please register ahead of time for the hoop class, if you can, so I can plan ahead for the number of students and cater the lesson to your needs.  If you have a request for a move you want to learn, let me know!  I’m happy to dive into that with you.

What is a hoop jam?  It’s when I have hoops to share and you are welcome to practice on your own with them.  I bring poi and levitation wands to play with too.

Second Sunday afternoons fall – spring at Bath Dance Works, 72 Front Street, 3rd Floor
