Learn to knit with Mim Bird!

In this class, we’ll cover knitting fundamentals for brand new knitters. We’ll talk about yarn and needle choice, then we’ll move right along with the knit stitch, the purl stitch, casting on and binding off. We’ll get you off and running so that you can make a basic scarf with knits and purls right away.

Prerequisites: None! This class is for complete beginners!

Materials: Included in class fee. You will receive one skein of worsted weight yarn and size 8 knitting needles.
