An Old Fashioned Christmas in Bath
Trolley Christmas Caroling Friday and Saturday nights, 4:00-8:00
Grab a blanket and hop on the trolley with your family and friends. Voices ring out as the trolley travels through the streets of Bath. Passengers will be picked up at City Hall every 30 minutes. Free tickets for Trolley Caroling will be available in advance on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning at 4:00 p.m. each day. The ticket booth will be located at the trolley stop on Front Street near City Hall.

Bright Night Bath
The street will be lined with luminaria as Downtown Bath merchants and restaurants stay open late to welcome shoppers with festive holiday music, refreshments and one-of-a-kind gifts. Here’s your chance to get in the spirit and get that last minute shopping done! Come see Bath’s vibrant downtown decked out in its Christmas best with a new light display in the Downtown and Waterfront Park, admire the window displays and be sure to vote for your favorite in downtown’s Christmas window decorating contest! And Charlie the Trolley will be running throughout the evening.

Stuff Santa’s Bag with Christmas Dinner
Santa’s bags can be found in the lobbies of Bath City Hall, Bath Savings Institution, Brackett’s Market, Bath Natural Market, Reny’s, Bath Police Department, Five County Credit Union, and Patten Free Library beginning on November 25th. In the spirit of the holidays, children and adults are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to stuff Santa’s bag for families in need. The donated food will be distributed to the Bath Food Bank in time for the holidays.
Items of greatest need include: Boxed Stuffing, Canned Sweet Potatoes, Instant potatoes, Turkey Gravy, Canned veggies, Canned pasta (i.e. – spagetios, ravioli, beefaroni etc), Boxed Mac and Cheese, Spaghetti Sauce, Peanut butter, Canned meats (i.e. – chicken, tuna)
Red Letter Boxes
Two Red Letter Boxes are posted in Downtown Bath. Take a moment to drop in a letter for Santa or a holiday card for a senior citizen. Holiday cards will be distributed to Bath area seniors and Santa’s letters will be sent off to the North Pole. For a reply letter from Santa, make sure to include your return address on the front of your envelope! All will promote a feeling of good will and holiday spirit.

Paul Revere Bell Ringing
This is the 16th Annual Paul Revere Bell Ringing! Please join us as we sing out the old and ring in the New Year on the historic bell at Bath City Hall. We will gather a few minutes before Noon at the corner of Front and Centre Streets for singing and a short ceremony, followed by the bell ringing and refreshments in City Hall auditorium. Bring your party hats and noisemakers!
